ABOUT CADEN SHIELDS PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Caden is a physiotherapist and elite marathon runner based in Christchurch, New Zealand. Caden has worked in private musculoskeletal practice since 2015. Caden has a wealth of knowledge in the management of all musculoskeletal injuries, however has a special interest in the management of sporting injuries, in particular endurance sport injuries.

Caden has had an extensive sporting career. Caden has been a 2x NZ 10,000m champion. Caden was a student athlete at Purdue University in Indiana, USA from 2008-2011 and the pinnacle of his career so far has been placing 30th for New Zealand in the men's marathon at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha, Qatar.
